The notes Asgore found are all folded in thirds, names printed on the outside. Some are a bit more useful than others, most likely (and some are a bit more...passive-aggressive...than others...) but then, Wesker's never really been here to make anyone's lives easier.
RIN
I've noticed that items belonging to people have a tendency to come out of that godforsaken vending machine after they've died. In the event of glass vials with some sort of fluid in them – and the fluid will be encased in tubing within the vial itself, shaped like a double-helix – that's Umbrella technology.
If it's blue in color, that's the T-virus. Green is the cure for it. Breaking either of them will cause its contents to spread rapidly throughout the building, so ensure that they don't break regardless of color. If you suspect someone has been infected, break the green one immediately.
(I would suggest handing it to someone you don't care about and telling them to break it, given that the cure may be the sort that kills anything that's been infected, and I doubt you want to be put on trial for having accidentally murdered someone.)
Any and all notes I may have written down that can conceivably be used as intel have been burned. I'm disinterested in people reading my personal thoughts and then selectively passing them out like some kind of highly inappropriate party favors.
